What to bring
Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
If you have two yoga blocks, please bring them. If not, I will provide a set.
Who it is for
No yoga experience necessary. All ages welcome. Practice is chair friendly, and I can adapt for restrictions or disabilities. I also give instructions for students who prefer mat only.
How to enter
- Use the door on the right side of the building.
- Enter the large sanctuary.
- Walk along the left side aisle.
- Go through the double doors to the practice room.

You do not need to RSVP. Just show up, I’ll always accommodate.
If you’d like, you can use the form to tell me whether you plan to attend (or not attend) a specific Monday, share anything you’d like me to know for class (for example a recent injury or something feeling sore), and note if you’re bringing a guest.

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone.
Background
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with a focus on gentle, supportive practices that meet people where they are.
Teaching Style
My approach is calm and encouraging. I give clear cues, steady pacing, and offer both chair-friendly and mat-only options so all levels and bodies can feel confident.
