About Me

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I teach gentle, accessible yoga with a focus on helping people feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their own bodies.

Background

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with an emphasis on steady, supportive practices. My classes are designed for real people with real bodies, including beginners, older adults, students with mobility limitations, and anyone who wants a slower, more approachable practice.

Teaching Style

My teaching style is calm, clear, and adaptable. I offer chair-friendly options, mat-only options, and adjustments throughout class so students can choose what works best for them. The goal is not to force yourself into a pose, but to build awareness, strength, balance, and ease in a way that feels respectful to your body.
